    My opinion about this hotel Protur Roquetas & Spa

    Very good hotel, friendly staff and overall well maintained.

    Plus:

    - overall high quality hotel and good facilities - well maintained

    - very friendly and helpfull staff

    - good location, superb pool - frontlne on beach

    - spacious rooms/large beds and good overall condition

    - good all-inclusive formula - also premium brands included

    Minus:

    - little variation in food (4* quality) - crowded restaurant

    - little choice in food/variation at noon at pool restaurant

    - loud outdoor animation till 23:30 every night

    - not enough chairs/umbrellas at the pool

    - small bar / not enough seating space for after dinner drinks

    - long trousers for dinner needed (= old fashioned spanish rule)

    - swimming cap needed for indoor pool (remember the \'70s)

    Good localization. Good pools and beach. Accetable food. Bad service in reception:We spend a week in a 0 floor, with the noise of people in pool we never sleep. I ask 4 times in the reception to change room....never happen. they promise but never happen.So strange for a 5 * hotel. one of the recepcionist didn`t speak english. the shower is broken. in some room the refrigerator are broken too.
