Built in 2003, this air-conditioned complex, situated on a main road, comprises 75 apartments spread across 6 floors. Guests are offered a foyer with a 24-hour reception and a safe. Furthermore, guests are able to make use of a café, a small supermarket, a games room and a children's playground. For an additional fee, laundry services, medical assistance and a garage are available.

The welcoming apartments are all equipped with a combined lounge/dining room with a sofa bed, a separate bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a bath tub and hairdryer.
