    Location is perfect, roomvieuw was amazing...looked at the Empire state building from our window, but old interior..But would stay here again...no problem...

    it is what you expect after reading all the reviews. its best attribute is where it is in Manhattan. the place is full all the time so they don't really care what people write. the reception staff are very rude and there is always a cue at the reception. they want $20 a day for internet!!!!!!!!! in this day and age. if you want to leave luggage its $5 per piece. if you want late checkout its $95 until 3pm.

    the hole place is very aged and tired. the room was big and the sheets clean. we had a mouse in our room! I told the guy on reception who did absolutory nothing about it, didn't even apologise about it. it. as the guy on reception was so rude we asked to speak with the manager. he offered to change our room but it was our last night so wasn't worth the fuss. a slight discount was given to the taxes and he was at least decent response and apologetic.
