Hotel Stella Maris
This hotel is located in a peaceful residential district in Los Pinos, only about 300m from a sprawling sandy beach. The centre of Blanes is 1 km away and there one can find a number of shops, open-air restaurants and bars. Mijas is 6km away and guests of the venue can use the convenient bicycle rental service to explore the area on their own leisurely pace. In the warm afternoons there is hardly a better place to be than lazing on a sun lounger, underneath the parasols, on the beach, but the outdoor pool and the sun terrace can provide an alternative for the former. The onsite restaurants offers buffet options for all meals of the day and the youngest visitors will have the comfort of high chairs, while the bar is an excellent option for a chilled drink in the evening or a refreshing cup of coffee in the morning.Hotel have a garage,to book it contact please directly with hotel.

What do guests think about this lodging establishment?
The accommodation received mixed reviews for various aspects. Guests mentioned comfortable rooms but suggested some areas could use renovation. The food was praised for being excellent, and the staff was described as attentive and friendly. However, the location was slightly inconvenient, being a bit far from the central area of Blanes. Some guests found the dining experience disappointing due to low-quality and poorly prepared food. Room size was a common concern, but the reception staff received mixed feedback. The hotel's proximity to the beach was appreciated, and the rooms were generally considered good for a 3-star hotel. Cleanliness, friendly staff, and excellent value for money were positive aspects. The Wi-Fi was available only in the bar and had poor connection. Overall, it was considered a cozy and suitable accommodation, especially for families.

We have stayed in 3-star hotels that are much better value than this one.
No airco, so too hot in the room.
The hotel needs some freshing up.
There is only 1 lift for the entire hotel, so we sometimes had to wait for a very long time.
Personnel was friendly and helpful. - 4.4Our stay...Julieb01 - Jul 6, 2009
I stayed at the Stella Maris hotel with my fiance from June 30, till July 3rd. The staff was great, helpful with all of the things to do in the area. They seemed to really enjoy their jobs and the customers.
The hotel is very clean and nice, but some of the decor seems to be from the 1970\'s. The bathrooms could use an update. We only took advantage of the food included in the hotel one day. It was quite expensive to drink coke or water in the inclusive kitchen. There is another restaurant on site, and they had an absolutely great breakfast (eggs, bacon, and fries that you could eat all day). The wait staff in the paid restaurant seemed to be much happier and friendly than the staff in the inclusive restaurant. Even without taking advantage of the inclusive food, the hotel is a good bargain.
The hotel is close to the beach, and to the water taxi -- but on the far end of the town from the restaurants and shops. Taxi\'s in Blanes are expensive, they started at more than double the rate for a taxi in Barcelona. I would guess this is because the trips are mostly short.
I would definately go to this hotel again, and recommend it. . . - 4.6Hotel Stella Marisalan - Oct 15, 2008
Excellent service, good location, food could be a little more varied and a little hotter. Otherwise great value for money. :) :)
