Victorian 4* two-bedroom self-catering apartment, one mile from Royal Mile/High Street and Edinburgh Castle with free Wi-Fi throughout and car park, which costs £4 a day. Sleeps 1- 4 people with the option of an extra bed for a fifth person. The ground floor apartment with it's own main door, faces Arthur's Seat and Holyrood Park. It is walking distance to the Scottish Parliament, Holyrood Palace and Pleasance and near to restaurants and pubs. Cloudberry Apartment has been newly refurbished throughout, maintaining the Victorian traditional features. The apartment is 70 sq m and has a large lounge with ornate fireplace and working fire. It has a flat screen TV with Freeview HD, DVD player and iPod dock. The floorboards are original throughout the apartment and there is a Victorian stained glass window in the entrance hall.There is a newly fitted kitchen with dish washer/washing machine and a bathroom with power shower and bath.The main double bedroom leads on to a south-facing private furnished patio which is accessed through a patio door.IMPORTANT: Please let us know your arrival time to ensure someone is in the apartment to greet you with keys. PAYMENT/CANCELLATION: Credit card secures booking only. 100% of first night is taken 3 weeks prior to arrival. The remainder of the bill should be paid by cash, if possible. Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 21 days before arrival. Cloudberry Apartment has two double bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and garden. It sleeps 1- 4 people. LOUNGE: Bright and comfortable lounge with bay window facing Arthur's Seat with stained wooden floor, complete with a sofa, armchair and dining table. There is a striking feature fireplace with decorative wooden mantel. TV with Free view HD and DVD player. DOUBLE BEDROOM 1: Large bedroom with comfortable double bed. It has patio doors providing direct access to the rear garden. DOUBLE BEDROOM 2: Double bedroom with comfortable double bed. KITCHEN: Contemporary full kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, gas hob, electric oven, large fridge/freezer & toaster. BATHROOM: Power shower over bath, WC and sink with toiletries available. Also provided is an iron board, iron & vacuum cleaner. Cot and high chair available on request. The fantastic location means that all of Edinburgh's attractions are easily accessible either on foot or bus. These attractions include Holy rood Palace, the Castle, Scottish Parliament, Dynamic Earth, the Royal Mile, Salisbury Crags, Edinburgh University, Under belly, and National Museum of Scotland.
